Together Sternlicht and Nicholas shopped all over the world, filling an expansive home with inventive pieces, placed within interiors both sumptuous and serene. So custom lighting pieces add daring and whimsy to rooms grounded by wood floors and kept bright and airy with sheer drapes that flow in the wind. Rooms with earthy materials and neutral surfaces telegraph stability, comfort and trust, while offbeat objets d'art and dark, deeply textured spaces signal a sense of wild abandon.
